Had such a great experience at this shop. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Gorgeous and varied plant selection, lots of different sizes. My favorite part though was the curated thrift clothes section, some great finds. Highly recommend stopping by!

The BEST houseplant shop in the area. Great selection but more importantly, healthy plants! The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Can’t go wrong with any of their products.

This is my favorite plant shop in the area! Everyone I’ve interacted with is super helpful and friendly, especially the owner, Alex. I’ve learned a ton from everyone here over the years. The care they take in the curation of their products and love they give their plants before sending them off to their forever homes is clear. Every plant I’ve ever purchased from them has thrived, and I’ve historically had a black thumb!

It was my first time putting together a terrarium, and i wasn't sure what to get. I asked the woman working there, and she helped me choose plants and get the right dirt, rocks, etc needed. It was a wonderful experience and she was so helpful! Love this store! Update went again to make an even bigger terrarium and still awesome and has all my needed things. Love it!

Jared in the Coeur d'Alene store was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had (a ton of them) and provide important information, I didn't know I needed to know, to keep my plants healthy. 🌿 He truly went above and beyond as I was in the store for at least 2 1/2 hours and numerous other customers were coming and going. There seemed to be two 'rushes' while I was there and he still found time to check on me during those times as well. 🌵 Jared definitely deserves a raise for sure. I witnessed his work ethic with all the customers that came in (between 15 and 25 - maybe more) during the couple of hours that I was picking out six new plants for work and asking questions about plants I currently have at work that are having issues. He helped everyone with a smile on his face and tons of knowledge ready to share. 🌱 The Fern Plant Shop is the place to go for plants and knowledge/help. They have so many different amazing plants on hand and tons of pots and other goodies. I went there looking for three plants, not only did they have those three (bought two), but I found four more that I couldn't leave without! AND I took quite a few 'I want', '
